Shipping Policy

We are currently only shipping throughout India

Standard Shipping fee is INR 100.

Our delivering agency will require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified an alternate recipient for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) as evidence of delivery.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD):
We do not offer COD currently.

RETURNS
Our items are all on a made to order basis. Once your order is confirmed, we do not offer any exchange or returns. However, in case of alterations, we will be happy to assist you. Courier charges will be applicable for the same and will be borne by the customer.

DELIVERY
Dhruvi Doshi Designs endeavours but does not guarantee delivery of products in the stipulated time period as mentioned on the purchase of the product. In no manner can the contract be repudiated if Dhruvi Doshi Designs fails to deliver any one or more products in the stipulated time frame. However, if you fail to take the delivery of the goods, Dhruvi Doshi Designs may at its discretion charge you for additional shipping cost.

Delivery time provided is a guideline only and does not take into account possible delays that may arise due to payment authorisation. We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 5 working days. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and may vary sometimes due to factors beyond our control. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. Or by factors such as a transportation strike or disruption of delivery services in any area due to any reason whatsoever. We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package three times before they return it to us. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and a mobile number. We cannot initiate a refund if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address.
